found out that my payment changed on my loan by 18 cents, yes 18 cents!!! i accidentally made the payment 18 cents short and they have told me that if they dont get the 18 cents in 10 days they will damage my credit. they also fined me a late fee etc. beyond ridiculous!! i cannot believe they would treat a long term customer like this. a simple phone call for the 18 cents would have been sufficient without a threatening letter about my credit and going to collections. forcing someone to spend $5 on gas and 45 minutes to get ... read more
