Have had good and bad experiences at other SSB locations, but my experience at the Wollaston branch has been great. Friendly and helpful people. Larry in particular went above and beyond helping me.
The people that work at this bank are amazing so this review is for the corporate side. My debit card randomly stopped working due to fraud protection at a local dental office that I’ve used before, which is very surprising. I have been trying for the past two days to get in touch with someone at the bank via their phone service and I am literally on hold for an hour before I have to hang up. I would give them a zero if available. We are a corporate client. They upgraded their online banking and two of our partners with admin access lost their access. It has been two weeks with multiple phone calls and no resolution. Unacceptable.
