Had a very upsetting experience here. On my daughter’s second day, I reviewed the cameras and saw her crying alone in a corner for extended periods. She repeatedly crawled to caregivers seeking comfort, but instead of being picked up or soothed, she was pushed away so staff could move on to other tasks. At times they even nudged her aside with their feet. It was heartbreaking to watch, especially during such a sensitive transition to a new daycare. My 2 boys been going to this center for about 3 years and I can't be more happier. The staff are very caring and the boys love coming to the south riding center. This makes me happy, relaxed, and you can't put a price on your kids safety and well-being. I am informed of every single aspect of their daily activities. This place also foster academic growth and my middle son was ready/ advanced for kindergarten. I Love this place and thanks for all you do for all the kids.
We’re so grateful for the amazing team at KinderCare of South Riding. The staff creates such a loving, fun, and safe space for our son and all the kids to learn and grow. It gives us real peace of mind knowing he’s surrounded by people who truly care about him. Highly recommended!
We love KinderCare South Riding. Ms. Sunny, Ms. Jamie, Ms. Tiffany, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Maliha and all of the infant A and infant b teachers are truly wonderful. Ms. Sunny and Ms. Jaime are incredible leaders and go to great lengths to ensure every child is taken care of with love and compassion. Highly recommend!
For 2 years my son has been going to this school. Today is his last day. I rushed work to get to the school early and surprise my son at 4pm. When I stepped in no one could tell me which classroom my son was in.
