Our daughter started at KinderCare South Riding in August. The Infant A staff members made it extremely easy to transition her from being home for 6 months to attending daycare 5 times a week. The staff love the children as if they were their own. The access to cameras is a plus, but honestly, after the first week, we stopped checking because we know she is well taken care of and trust the staff. The communication is phenomenal. Our children have been attending KinderCare since 2021 and we have been very happy with our experience there. The teachers and staff genuinely care about what is best for our children.

I can't say enough good things about KinderCare South Riding! The teachers are absolutely amazing and the staff is so helpful. They handle the kids with so much love and care, which makes me feel at ease. The activities they plan for the kids are top-notch and really engaging. I'm thrilled to have found such a wonderful place for my little one and big kid.

I had an unpleasant experience at South Riding KinderCare. During one incident, my daughter was made to sat down in the lobby without a jacket in cold weather, which was very concerning. Due to this and other concerns, I decided to move her to another KinderCare within a month. The difference has been remarkable! The new location provides a much better learning environment, and my daughter is truly enjoying her time there. The staff is more engaged, and the overall experience has been positive. I’m glad I made the switch!

Our experience at South Riding KinderCare was disappointing from the start. Within just two weeks, we realized it wasn’t the right fit and decided to move our child to a different center. The difference has been night and day! The staff at the new location is much more engaged, offering a variety of activities, and our child is truly enjoying her time there. We won’t truly know about better options until we make a change. We’re so glad we made the switch!
