The lighting could be improved — the overhead lights shine directly into your eyes, which can be quite distracting while playing. Additionally, out of the four courts available, only two are usually accessible for badminton.
Needs a good clean in the swimming changing rooms after the schools been in , filthy floor and benches , come on general manager , whoever you are !
Positives first. The very small amount of staff we did see, were lovely. The pool was ok, but we booked a family fun swim which stated plenty of toys available, but we found these had to be asked for, and 3 balls were bought out, nothing else. I expect with so few staff, they can't get too much out because of time having to be spent clearing it back up. The negatives - the changing rooms (female) were so dirty.
