Booked waxing service online, easy & got quick appt,by luck. Kimberly had door open & greeted me. Already impressed, we got on w appt. Kimberly is lovely,professional, calming, knowledgeable, uses great products,soothing music..She's FABULOUS! I am HYPER and I was RELAXED & CALM. I am Very Happy & Pleased with results & overall experience. I will be returning for other facial services & definitely for waxing. Glad I found Kimberly @South Pawleys Spa. I booked a Deep tissue massage with Hot Stones to begin my vacation stress free. Arrived few minutes early,filled out paper work and Paula took me back. We confirmed my request but it was not a deep tissue massage and I was handed a warm towel with a "thank you" from Paula. I never got the Hot Stones. I have had great massages; but this one was a basic chair massage laying down. Not sure if she had a mix-up with customers because some of the questions she asked had nothing to do with me. I had a soothing facial and a Swedish massage by Ashley. Can't recommend enough! Take the time and treat yourself you deserve it. And I can promise it will be worth it! Looking forward to my next appointments.
