Unfortunately I don't have a choice but to write a negative review. Gabe, the guy doing the invoicing is so difficult to deal with. I believe he just pushes buttons and doesn't bother to look at the account history, and he doesn't answer emails. I order siding based on what the current siding looks like, sent photos and even asked if they wanted to get a sample to confirm exact match. They assured me it would match my current siding. I have spoken with Kevin several times regarding orders for both delivery and pickup! He is very responsive, and extremely kind! Delivery was quick, and the driver was understanding and waited for us to arrive by boat before leaving! Prices are amazing, and the wood is always in perfect condition! If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will make it work for you!! We will continue to use South Parry Lumber for any of our building/repair needs!!
