I am really disappointed with SPI Nets that they are not willing to work with local businesses. We have always sported local businesses and try to keep as much business in the RGV as possible. SPI Nets could not even make one net that we are needed. I will give them credit that they do excellent work however their customer service is the worst. Never got a call back from a salesperson and when we reached out for the second time the person we spoke with actually told us he had other work to do.
