Not sure what the neg reviews are but the gal at the front desk was extremely nice & professional, as was the nurse assistant and I loved the Dr- Elie Lowenstein :)
truly abysmal customer service. I go here SOLELY because Dr. Weinstein is the best and helped diagnose me with something serious, but their reception staff couldn't be ruder or nastier. When I call (whenever someone chooses to actually answer the phone) and ask if Dr. Weinstein had availability, their response was "PROBABLY NOT". I wish Dr.Weinstein would leave this practice so I could follow her somewhere with pleasant employees.
This practice is attempting to bill my mother for a date of service that she has already paid for. Despite having paid for her appointment, South Nassau Dermatology has repeatedly sent her bills, claiming that she hasn’t paid, and recently sent a threatening letter indicating that she would be removed as a patient if she didn’t pay their bill (which she already paid for).
