My experience with SMS has been great. Did I wait an hour for Dr. Hall because he was called into emergency surgery, yes. Did it bother me? Not at all. I would want him to take his time on that surgery, just as much as he would mine. I'd rather wait for an appointment than have him rush a surgery. He explained everything, had great bedside manner and his office has been helpful whenever I needed anything.
