Alan & his team were great to work with! They were efficient, responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Alan helped us with concerns we had about our rental property. He answered all of our questions, was never overbearing, and proficiently guided us through NJ's rental laws and information. Alan was great to work with. We needed assistance ASAP and we received help ASAP. Was in the middle of our attorney review period on a new home and Alan was able to come in and assist us within the hour or two after I called in. From all the attorneys I called for my real estate needs, Alan was the kindest when reaching out and even answered my consultation request on a weekend. He was super responsive throughout my entire home buying process and helped with any issues along the way (home inspection report findings and final home walk-through findings).
