I had my scheduled appointment for meter change scheduled for this morning from 7am-12pm. I called the meter people at 9:30 am to make sure I was on the list and spoke with Linda, who assured me that I was on the list for before noon. At 2:30 pm I made the call to them again to report no one had showed up. Linda called me at 3:15 pm saying the crew was finishing up with the house prior to mine and we were next.
