There’s always an issue with this bank. I have had an account here for over 20 years but I always use a different bank then come back and remember they are crazy. They charge you for everything, except use of the account, but please don’t lose your debit card or need a cashier’s check, charge. I forgot about the account then decided to use it for my direct deposit, it’s in the negative, but they will not issue a new card until it’s no longer negative so I won’t accrue more fees. Terrible bank, do not recommend
I WAS a member for 22 years and today I closed my account!! I opened this bank account when I was 17 and I kept it open. SJFCU switched to First Harvest and this bank has the most ridiculous fee policies which I was genuinely unaware of. Did you know that if you fail to log into their app monthly, if you happen to forget, they will charge you a monthly fee? It happened to me! Pending a mobile deposit payroll check from 12/13 until 12/24. Had to email a manager the stub and still all my money is not available til Monday 12/17... I am going to cancel my dd at work and I will be closing my account Monday and going to another institution. 11 days to recieve a payroll check is not tenable. Way to ruin Christmas, First Harvest.
