*edit* Ran a hard inquiry on my credit and lowered my credit score without having all needed documents to even consider/look at my application for a loan. Now since this review they are charging me 5.00 for bill pay inactive fee!! 😆 I pay bills and use my debit card daily!! But as I said they will say contact us but again it's all smoke and mirrors, go to any other credit union this place is falling apart and starting to sink. The regional manager is awesome
I’ve had nothing but problems with this entity since I’ve opened the account. Branches tell you one thing and the call center tells you otherwise if they answer. Had an account close without my knowledge, I reopened it and deposited money into it and now that it’s time for a direct deposit I’m told the account is closed AGAIN. Highly DO NOT recommend.
