These guys are awesome! We phoned with a question regarding pricing and selling a second hand stove. The gentleman I spoke to was super helpful and is a real credit to the company.
We had such a positive experience working with South Island Fireplace and Spa Ltd. Lindsey was super friendly on the phone when we set up the appointment, and we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly their team could come and do our chimney install. A year ago we had to replace our insert and chose South Island Fireplace due to their prompt response, price and advice. We had an issue with 'back puffing' when opening the door. Anything we did and tried with their advice did not help. Working together we finally found the culprit. Today the installer came and fixed the baffle. What a change! A big thank you to Dallas, Mike and all involved! Thank you for believing and working through this to resolve. You have another satisfied customer. Keep up the good work!
