A year ago we had to replace our insert and chose South Island Fireplace due to their prompt response, price and advice. We had an issue with 'back puffing' when opening the door. Anything we did and tried with their advice did not help. Working together we finally found the culprit. Today the installer came and fixed the baffle. What a change! A big thank you to Dallas, Mike and all involved! Thank you for believing and working through this to resolve. You have another satisfied customer. Keep up the good work!

After carefully researching stoves as potential replacements for a Blaze King that wasn't working well for my home due to limited draw, I decided to seek out a Pacific Energy stove.
