I could not have had a better experience. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and the physician were very friendly, kind and welcoming. Highly recommend them if you have a need for a dermatologist!
Super helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. This is a fabulous dermatologist!
The office staff are rude, unhelpful, and lack compassion. You have to wait months on end for a regular visit and they “don’t know what to tell you” if you call and have a problem and need to be seen. There are much better options for dermatology needs in the area.
Literally the biggest waste of time. I made an appointment to see a doctor about 2 separate issues, the first one I was told will probably go away on its own, and was told there is no treatment. I decided to get a second opinion at which time I was told there are 5 various methods to treat it so I don't have to live with unsightly skin for months and just hope it will go away. I have been a patient at South Hills Dermatology for over 20 years. They are great doctors and very good people. Very accommodating. Drs Neish and Paul are very professional and very experienced. They care deeply about their patients. In addition their Nurse Practitioner Christine and the PA Marty both have many years of experience and offer more appointments. I highly recommend these providers.
