My father had been here for 18 months and we have been delighted with the place. Lovely old house with variety of rooms many with great views if the Malvern hills. Staff very caring and helpful. Family atmosphere. Nice garden. Excellent food.

My dad spent his final few weeks at South Hayes and I couldn’t recommend a kinder, happy and caring home. The level of care given to Dad was amazing. All staff were so attentive to dad and looked after us as a family as well, nothing was too much trouble and the manager Lianne is fantastic. Would highly recommend South Hayes for your loved one.

Lovely home to work in and the upgrading of the building which has been taking place this past year is looking great all staff have worked so hard and so far South Hayes has been totally covid free I would recommend this home to new clients and new staff

Terrible place to work, the house is in a shocking state, Aviod at all cost.
