I shopped hear about once a week. Got a vape that didn't work at all and I didn't get a receipt ( never thought I would need it) but I used my debit card which you would think they could look up because it was only one day later. They refused to exchange it even tho I described the person who sold it to me and he knew exactly who I was talking about and I bought 3 vapes that day!
