The best vape store I have been to, and will remain loyal. Friendliest, easiest to talk to staff I've encountered in this industry. They also have FANTASTIC tunes on most of the time. this is the go-to spot in Hanover.
I shopped hear about once a week. Got a vape that didn't work at all and I didn't get a receipt ( never thought I would need it) but I used my debit card which you would think they could look up because it was only one day later. They refused to exchange it even tho I described the person who sold it to me and he knew exactly who I was talking about and I bought 3 vapes that day!
