The is no physician on the premises. The nurses office is staffed only three hours every morning, only on weekdays. Elderly residents, who are in independent living apartments, who may or may not drive, who need a physician’s care, are completely on their own to seek a physician’s care off campus.
I’ve been at resident at South Franklin Circle for over seven years. During that time, my appreciation for the Staff and attendants has increased substantially. Each person with the most menial duties to the top of the Administration has always been friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Really really check into this place before you let someone you care about enter this place .yes it is a beautiful facility but the level of care is not there. Had a loved one here while still in private quarters care givers came in to watch her husband while she went shopping and they stole her jewelry .Later is was in the Crane center that is when it really got bad monthly bills ranged from 17 K to 22 K per month He would push the button for help to relieve himself in several occasions he soiled himself .
