Hi @trirail, the 2nd time in a row the FLL Airport shuttle was delayed which caused passengers to miss the last departing train from FLA. If the shuttle is picking passengers up at unrealistic times, is there a point of hanging the shuttle. Why is there no procedure in place to hold the last departing train literally seconds to accommodate passengers on your delayed shuttle?
Please UPDATE your payment machines. It's absurdly slow and should have a tap option for cards.
Very unreliable service. These trains have issues every day. The trains are late a lot of the times. The trains are out of service or broken. The air conditioning only works in a few of them. Terrible form of public transportation. Do better
This agency's train service is a terrible neighbor, they park their trains overnight adjacent to apartment buildings in downtown West Palm Beach. Idling the trains and spewing noise and fumes pollution all night.
