SO...after all the TOB Road Repaving; which we appreciative of; the only thing...our Blue water cap, on the new Grass Sod ..was loose.... we couldn't figure how to fix? So we called and a guy from SOUTH FARMINGDALE Water just came... the day after Christmas and FIXED IT, Replaced it! Real nice guy; Daniel, who got it done. Way to go guys...Thank you we are so appreciative! Dave at 20 Cypress Street!

Reliable & consistent water service. I was billed for a new endpoint after work was done on my house. I called up, they removed the charge and I returned the replacement endpoint. Staff was very friendly & office is super clean. Thanks!

Awful..My bill was way over my previous yrs summer bill..Called to have my meter read again..My SS comes in on the 1st..I pay on the first electronically..Due on the 30th..Ok NO WAY to accommodate me with a new due date..Thats no 1..No 2 couldnt remove 35 dollar late fee..Unless I write in..Let.me tell you as a retired Cust Serv manager of 500 people, this would never be an issue..Since this is a monopoly I am stuck with AWFUL Cust Serv..My bill has NEVER exceeded 200 ..My sprinkler is on same length of time every other day,... read more
