Won’t be returning. wouldn’t let me use all my receipts when they are claimable things, didn’t know if I could claim this or that when I could. Someone I know also went to the same place and sounds like it was the same lady she put none of his deductions in and he paid more then the standard he had to have it amended. Avoid
Sign on the table says tax return estimate $50. I sit down and she asks me for my TFN. She comes back a minute later with a form. I ask her something to determine whether I want to use her services. She advises that its too late and I will be charged $50 if I don't proceed. Kind of ridiculous that they don't inform people prior that providing a TFN costs $50.
