I was seeing Dr. Zackary Boyce since 2024 for an monthly injection treatment and I do the injection at the clinic. Somehow the clinic FAILED to notice its patient when Dr.Boyce moved to a new practice on Feb 2026, not even an automatic email. Then when I made an appointment with the nurse, (not knowing that I'm unable to do the injection there now that I'm not a patient at Southeast dermatology) nobody informed me about the situation. Very rude receptionist over the phone
I am a dual transplant recipient and I am on immune suppression medication which makes you prone to skin cancer. I had an appointment with Dr Tan recently the last time I saw Dr Tan was in February 2023 where the consultation was more in depth and I even had some spots frozen of my arms which I believe cost around $150 to $175 out of pocket. Have been regularly seeing Dr Brian DeAmbrosis for 20yrs. IMO, best skin doctor in Brisbane. Excellent. His staff, nurses and reception efficient and kind.
