Dr Biswas is absolutely phenomenal. She is so knowledgeable, professional and kind. Wonderful staff who are all so friendly. 10/10 recommend being referred here if you have any skin issues.
The admin team at the clinic are always so lovely and helpful. They are super easy to deal with, and make appointments really simple. It’s always a pleasant experience from the moment you walk in.
Writing this for my partner who doesn't have an account - do not waste your time at this clinic. Not only was the lady at reception cold to the point of unprofessional, the doctor (Ebrahim Abdulla) was rude and didn't provide the $350 of medical advice that he was paid to provide. He barely even looked at the affected areas, and his advice was to continue to use the same treatments that our GP had already recommended, and that were clearly not fully addressing the issue. Zero stars. Worst medical service I've ever received. Dr Biswas failed to upload the photos of my condition on my file in January, then cancelled three follow up appointments, until in May she tells me the photos of my condition are corrupt and therefore can't see the progress of it nor can I transfer my file to another clinic. Which means I am at square one. Unacceptable, unprofessional and a complete waste of time and money.
I emailed a complaint through about an appointment I had where I felt rushed and completely dismissed.. never heard back and they would not pick up my phone call. I went to a different dermatologist today and was told that the doctor’s advice I was told from SE Dermatology was harmful and wrong.. a waste of $300
