(0 Stars) Disability Rights South Dakota (DRSD) failed to follow their own grievance procedures and misapplied HUD housing regulations, putting me at risk of eviction despite my medical limitations, terminal illness and notarized expense documentation. Staff showed a lack of knowledge, delayed action, and ignored critical legal requirements. I will be updating this review with emails from DRSD’s Executive Director documenting these failures. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
