The facilityalways clean, organized, feel very comfortable when step into the building or even outside neighbor. The CNA, nurses and staff are professional helpful and take good care of my father and other elders, they always has a smile on his face which that tells me he as happy and feels safe there as he would be at home with us! they treat every elders like their own family member, very hardworking people, team work all the time helping each other to handle the elder if needed more attention. My mom was transferred to South Cove Manor from hospital after she had a fall. The place is beautiful and clean with positive vibes. The director of rehab Tom and his team of staff are wonderful to work with. Two weeks later my mom was placed to the second floor, a long term care facility due to her mental health condition. Everything went smoothly from paper work to getting my mom settled into nursing living. Very bad communication with the director Eric, he is not willing to assist me , very mean , rude . I am trying to submit application for my dad and I explain to him my dad’s current situation, he said waiting list is long and he made it sound like I am trying to cut in line but I didn’t not mention that . Super bad communication skills. Then he said he will discard my application which is rude. He is not willing to help me on the phone and try to hang up on me . Please don’t send your family there !
