My mom was transferred to South Cove Manor from hospital after she had a fall. The place is beautiful and clean with positive vibes. The director of rehab Tom and his team of staff are wonderful to work with. Two weeks later my mom was placed to the second floor, a long term care facility due to her mental health condition. Everything went smoothly from paper work to getting my mom settled into nursing living. Very bad communication with the director Eric, he is not willing to assist me , very mean , rude . I am trying to submit application for my dad and I explain to him my dad’s current situation, he said waiting list is long and he made it sound like I am trying to cut in line but I didn’t not mention that . Super bad communication skills. Then he said he will discard my application which is rude. He is not willing to help me on the phone and try to hang up on me . Please don’t send your family there !

We were so happy to find South Cove Manor for my Dad. The facility itself is amazing. It is immaculate. The staff however, is what makes this place so wonderful. The staff were all very friendly and caring. My Dad was well taken care of every day. Every time we went to visit the staff would update us on his progress. Absolutely beautiful! I am so happy my dad is here. The staff is very friendly and takes great care of my dad. And for my dad to say he likes the staff , they have to be outstanding. The building is beautiful and very clean. I feel my father is in great hands.
