In response to the post re the Chinese population at this facility. This does not speak English. There are other similar facilities for other ethnicities such as Jewish, Armenian, and French Canadian. I'm also sure at another time time the writer would have railed against the integration of schools. Very disingenuous. The facility itself is very well run and the staff is conscientious in it's operation
