We moved my father to South Country from Masterpiece in January of 2020. He was in the SL4D unit till his passing in May of 2021. The care he received at South Country was by far the best care he could have received. Much better than Masterpiece. The staff is very knowledgeable when dealing with dementia residents and he received far superior care compared to his previous residence.
How good can ANY age-focused care be when the entire system is designed to treat them like commodities? If you don't believe me, do your own research.
Great place ... My parents live it there and the staff are very caring.
