Excellent Company to deal with. Highly recommend for Senior Living in Medicine Hat. They are Builing a New Facility with Reinheller Builders by the Airport in Medicine Hat that is Ultra Modern.

I am absolutely appalled at the way my grandfather and my brother were treated at this facility. My brother went to change out my grandfather’s wheelchair, and instead of being met with compassion and support, the staff displayed a complete lack of professionalism. They showed zero willingness to assist, openly spoke about my grandfather in an offensive and degrading manner regarding his abilities, and demonstrated no communication skills whatsoever. We moved my father to South Country from Masterpiece in January of 2020. He was in the SL4D unit till his passing in May of 2021. The care he received at South Country was by far the best care he could have received. Much better than Masterpiece. The staff is very knowledgeable when dealing with dementia residents and he received far superior care compared to his previous residence.
