Don’t be afraid to give them a call - Sandra Patterson was amazing, helpful and extremely kind. I also had some help from someone, I wish I’d have written their name, from intake!
I did online intake on June 29, 2025 they never called me, as promised. On July 10th, when I called them, they put me on hold then said they would call me back, but didn't, so I called back a second time only to be told I was a conflict. No explanation and I don't believe it. Could have saved me valuable time hoping for help that is not coming. Either they are inept or dishonest. Not sure which is worse. Extremely disappointed! Attorney Whelan didn't return calls after initial phone tag. I called 8 times trying arrange services for a divorce matter. I was clear that I needed assistance and that it was a time sensitive matter. I missed 2 callbacks and continued to try to establish contact with no reciprocal effort from the Attorney. I wasted the better part of 2 weeks and now have less time and still no legal representation. DO BETTER, you're supposed to be helping people!!!
They call you back quickly and they are very knowledgeable, they were really fast at giving a referral.
