I wish I had read the other reviews, I would have saved my time. I called and the man I spoke with seemed to be trying to speed through the call. He wanted to know about my business and how I make money but when I tried to tell him, he hung up on me. I do NOT recommend contacting this organization. P.S. Massachusetts should cut their funding.
Don’t be afraid to give them a call - Sandra Patterson was amazing, helpful and extremely kind. I also had some help from someone, I wish I’d have written their name, from intake!
I did online intake on June 29, 2025 they never called me, as promised. On July 10th, when I called them, they put me on hold then said they would call me back, but didn't, so I called back a second time only to be told I was a conflict. No explanation and I don't believe it. Could have saved me valuable time hoping for help that is not coming. Either they are inept or dishonest. Not sure which is worse.
