Horrible place! These people are rude and incompetent. Would not even give half a star.
Jamie, the Female Rep who works at Southcoast Towing in New Bedford/Fall River has no business working as an emergency dispatch operator. She thinks it's up to her to pick and choose who gets help and who doesn't with no regard for an emergency. What this girl Jamie put me through is enough for a public complaint. Her negligence needs to be called out, somebody could get hurt with her illegal failure to provide obligational assistance.
