After just one session, the physiotherapist's careless and overly aggressive manipulation left me in significantly worse condition than when I arrived. Kind, friendly, professional, personal. Wondering at coordinating with my schedule. Shockwave, relaxing with heat and home excessive helped me so much in regaining my mobility, confit and being less stiff. I have been for two different reasons and will be back for sure if needed.
