The crazy thing is I attended this center for 2-3 years when I was my sons age, I loved it then, and I still love it now!! Everybody here is so warm, nice and welcoming. And they LOVE my son, and he loves them! It makes me so happy! There is nothing a mom deserves more than to know that her child is in a safe environment, thriving and learning while she is at work and South Cleveland Kindercare provides that. My daughter has been attending for a month now and In such a short time she is learning so much more and has made friends! She don’t alway love the morning ,but by end of the day she all happy !! This center is so warm and has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable leaving my first young child with them so I could return to work. The teachers are all so talented and dedicated, and the director is very responsive and warm. I appreciate the updates that I get about activities, meals, and toilets that my infant experiences in real time throughout the day through the app and every time I get a picture it makes my day to see how happy and engaged my child is.
The worst daycare discriminates between children who have autism and children who don't. Stephanie and Katana enrolled my two children and one has level 2 autism, his problem was explained at the time of registration, but they still accepted knowing that he needed special care, on his first day at daycare, when I was at work The daycare center called me saying he couldn’t stay at the daycare center, because there was no one to take care of him, so I thought why did they accept him knowing his special needs, I dismissed his c... read more
Best best best childcare / preschool program ! My son started at another kinder care and it was a horrible experience. So I was very skeptical and traumatize with kinder care and the first tour Ms.katana and Ms.Stephanie made me feel So comfortable and reinsured ! Then my son teacher Ms. Kris is AMAZING!
