To start . Lets be clear here. The ONLY reason for 2 stars instead of none is the wonderful woman in the credit department in munfordville who helped me tremendously durrung a rough patch. The 2 woman at the front counter are rude and snobby. The service both internet and cable is nothing short of horrible. The only reason i still use them is because they are the only service provider for where i live. I started my service in December of 2016. 2 of my cable lines are broke. Meaning my internet speed is only 5. The cable is scetchy. My husband called about the internet and was told we we're not to be billed for internet. Well we were. In fact we paid for 15 speed. They never addressed the problem it's been 3 months. Customer service was suppose to review there records and find out who told us that she hasn't to this day.
