Their Internet support has been very good (for me at least), but their landline support is terrible. I Live in LV and have a cabin on Cedar Mt. My family and friends in LV report that they can rarely get through to me when they call me on their cell phones, as the phone rings, but no one answers. Of course, on my end, the phone does not ring at all. (I'm currently waiting on an explanation from them) If they call me from a landline, the calls seem to always get thru.
