Horrible mental health services. After getting diagnosed from SE I went to college and ended up with a job that I was asked to network with them. The person I went to meet with for WORK (in human services by the way) brought me into his office and retrieved my file from when I was getting “mental health care” and proceeded to talk to me as a patient not a professional for the job I was there for. 1000% worthless and their side kicks in Valley City are 100,000 times worse. Unless you are suffering from addiction and so hard up you have no other option there is no reason to bother with anyone of the delusional staff at these places. Lazy, self absorbed, some delusional with worse mental health issues than the people asking for help. Enter with caution, nothing more than a waste of tax payers money with welfare check staff members just wanting a paycheck without working for it.
Some of the staff are excellent but I ended up with a warrant because staff did not turn an assessment that I did into the courts that I informed them they needed to go to. And when I was staying at cru I had a problem with a staff member and instead of listening to me they took the staffs word and trew me out on the street. For the sake of any child going through something that involves a parent, do not go through the Brianna chick she makes it abt herself and assumes what’s wrong with you and doesn’t help at all and then will take the parents side instead of helping you.
I was afraid to tell anyone how much I was struggling because I thought I would be judged. But the staff was absolutely amazing! They were so nice and caring and made me feel understood. I felt hope for the first time that I might be able to get better and they made it clear they would be there to help me the entire way. They customized my treatment plan to fit me! They will even come to my house to help me if I need it or feel more comfortable at me house instead of there office. I would recommend them to anyone who is stru... read more
