9/3/25 Had a issue with my online banking account, called ops center and was greeted on the phone by Leslie. She proceeded to listen and walk me thru the steps to fix problem. Must say she was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you, Leslie
The teller/receptionist that answered the phone was extremely monotone, unenergetic, and rude. Not helpful or willing to help much at all. Not sure who she was, but vey unprofessional and rude
