This bank will turn on you in a heart beat. You are just a number...no loyalty or appreciation what so ever. The president lied to me and did not do what he said he would. Deal with this bank at your own peril.
If you are looking for a commercial lender in Kentucky, these guys are the best Kentucky has to offer. Honestly, these are straight-up folks. They are honest, trustworthy, and are good businessmen and women.
I'd put 0 if I could. This bank does not care about it's customers so I, soon, will no longer be one.
Customers service at the Owensboro Alvey Park Drive has gotten horrible. Last time I went in they were rude and told me they didn't have time to deal with me. I was the only customers there. I switched to another bank that day.
get rid of the new atm cards with the chips and go back to the old ones that actually WORK, I'm on my fifth card waiting for a NEW one to come since this one has failed like the rest
The bank is beautiful but the service is extremely slow. It's a 15 minute or more process every time I come through the drive. It's close to home but Its faster to drive to Carter Rd and get my withdrawal than it is at this location
