I’ve had a generally good experience with South Central Bank, but the mobile app—especially on iPhone—needs improvement. After iPhone updates, the app often forces a full password reset or reauthentication. I understand the importance of security and agree that passwords should be updated periodically, but this seems more like a compatibility issue than a true security feature.
