The attorney at the Columbia office is rude, belligerent and grossly inappropriate in her dialogue. The entire exchange was demeaning and condescending. I felt like I was being reprimanded like a child. She was unprofessional, harsh and dehumanizing. She chided me so much I had to clarify the reason for the call. She basically said I could not afford a Chapter 7 and that since my case was not a priority they were not going to help. Please seek help elsewhere. This business should get 0 stars.
