2X the atm was out of service. That's a pretty good record for a 10+ year banking history. With 2 atm lanes and multiple drive thru lanes, there is never much eat time.
Worst service and drive thru in town. Tellers rude, manager and staff look down their nose at You! Don't put your trust in this bank! The ATM machines are slow and antiquated and never have money or work. My 20 year experience has been horrible. You can't get a loan unless you don't need one. They are prejudiced against minorities and seniors are frequently abused!
I’m always greeted with a smile by the manager and her team. The service is exceptional! It’s a great experience to visit this branch! Thank you all for your kindness, especially during this difficult time. Your smiles make such a wonderful difference!
The bank manager is always smiling. She is doing an awesome job during this time of need with covid-19. Still showing care and understanding to her members.
