When you call for help they put you on permanent hold. Worst service I ever experienced.

I called today - my daughter had gotten our account overdrawn and I wanted to talk about my balance. There were several charges and I asked if there was a way any could be waived. I asked for a manager and was told I didn't need to talk to a manager. I asked again and was told "no" - that this was their policy. When I asked for the young lady's name she would not tell me.As soon as I can I will be closing the account. I can't imagine not being able to talk with a supervisor. The young lady for very rude.

I have been with this bank for about 4 years. Some times living pay check to pay check i would get over drawn and a fee of 35$ would be charged. This has happened to me about 6-10 times per year i been with them. any way i had 4k in my savings and my checking dipped below 0 and boom i got a fee they said normal they would of just took it out of my savings to cover it but i was over my limit for the month. this bank never picks up the phone.. so don't call if you need any help with online banking
