The ATM was not at full service so I had to go inside to complete my transaction. Jay and Mike were immediately polite, welcoming and attentive. Upon completion of my transaction I inquired about a different account to which they were both knowledgeable and provided valuable information. I left having a positive experience, which negated the original slight inconvenience of not being able to complete as intended utilizing the ATM.
SCFCU is always wonderful to work with and again they did not disappoint-- Kelly Franceshi at the 1620 N. Hy 17 Branch, provided outstanding service from start to finish. She assisted our organization with opening an account and was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional throughout the entire process. Great people, great service. Highly recommended if you are in the area.
Visiting from out of state, where I'm a Federal Credit Union member. $4 fee for ATM access seems a bit excessive when I'm a FCU member and "in network" .
