⭐☆☆☆☆ Shout out to the honest person who turned my daughter’s debit card in. Unfortunately, the real challenge began once the card reached the bank. My daughter is active duty military and lives on a ship, so she doesn’t exactly have the luxury of saying, Just throw it in the mail. The bank called her, she explained that her mother had Power of Attorney and would pick it up, and she was told everything was fine. I have been banking with SCFCU since I was about 16 or 17 years old. My wife and I have an account with SCFCU, and we moved to PA for my schooling within the last 2 years (with plans to move back). I wanted to keep my relationship with SCFCU since they have always treated us well. I even made it a point to call them before the move to make sure that everything would work on their end if we continued using them as our main account in PA, this way it would prevent a hassle. This place is crazy. I was never informed that I can only transfer from my saving ONLY 3 times a month. I keep my money in the savings account and anything I need to make a purchase I move money over to the checking. Little did I know they where charging me $5 and $10 fees to move money between accounts. They also charge me $to send money through Zelle. I will be closing my account. Because opening accounts here.
