This place is ABSOLUTELY disgusting and unacceptable. This place is infested with roaches, which can be seen crawling on walls, in bathrooms, and even in residents' rooms, as I witnessed in my grandmother's room. This facility is dirty and smells horrible. And has not been cleaned or maintained properly in a long time. It needs to be shut down. How in the hell this place gets such high ratings is beyond me! I was there for 10 days and it was the pits. Terrible food, almost always cold.. when you ring your call button for help you expect someone to come in 10 or 15 minutes at the latest. But you most of the time must wait 30 mins to an hour for help. I could not get out of bed and had to wear a diaper and more than once had to lay in my own poop for over 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable. My advice.... Go somewhere else!
