I'm updating this review as I've had South Buffalo Wheelhouse work on our bikes several times. I've had a great customer experience and they truly care about their customers.
Had a flat tire on my road bike. First time ever trying a DIY repair, tried for 3 hours with no luck. Brought the tire here and was greeted by some of the most exceptional service I've had anywhere in while. The owner was up front, attentive, and immediately set me up with an employee that had my tube and tire back on the rim in record time. The employee even went above and beyond to guide me on attempting the repair myself down the road. Awesome awesome experience and I without a doubt will return for any future bike needs.... read more
