We had to bring my son’s e-bike in on 2 separate occasions for different issues. First was for tire replacement and the second time was for an issue with the chain. Adam was more than happy to help and get the bike back on the road. The chain issue he actually fixed on the spot and we didn’t even have to leave the bike. He cares about his work and the customers he serves, and it shows. It’s great knowing there is a local small business we can support and will definitely ring the bike back whenever something is needed.

Dude saw me and fixed me up the first time super fast and cheap i was super happy. Very friendly guy too which makes doing business all the better. Id say he does pretty good for running his shop alone

I took my 30 year old Ross bike to the Wheelhouse on Seneca St for repair. Adam the owner met me at the front door. As he looked at it he could tell it was in need of a lot of work. I asked him to repair it as if it was his own bike his reply was no problem. A few days later I pick up my bike . I could not believe this was the same bike the work he performed was awesome. If you have a new or old bike go see Adam at the South Buffalo Wheelhouse you won't be disappointed . Scott.

I needed a bicycle chain link for a Tree Prunner. This sounds strange, but my Tree Prunner uses a short bicycle chain and I dropped it on the driveway and the master link popped off. I went to several places to find a master link then this place popped up on Google. I went there and got the part and they even Helped me put it on. Im saying "THANK YOU for the Help."
