I went to this center to lift weights. They have lots of working machines for all body parts! They also have a separate area for free weights! I loved it and will go back!!!

A very nice, pristine, well appointed facility. Indoor and outdoor amenities have been expanded to accommodate any activity. Widely used by the community by both young and old. Workout, study, facilitate a meeting, host an event, the South Bowie Community Center has it all.
