Be really cool if the women answering the customer service line didn't begin literally every call with raising their voice at you. Nearly every time.
Always late. Can't change their signs. Customer service tells you you're blind when you were standing there waiting on a bus that never even showed up. Sick and tired of being left out in the cold!! I was kind and courteous to your customer service and gave them specific details as to where this took place even though I have had a terrible experience talking to them before.
