I payed 45$ for a tanning package and go to tan and the doors were locked and a sign saying closed permanently & i want my 45$ back...No phone call saying theyre closing their doors or any cocommunication....New yr and no better service at all i got ripped off!!!!
Paid for 3 months on a special. The 2nd month they were closed ALL the time. So front desk girl extended it out as it wasn’t fair. The owner fires front desk girl and all of a sudden I need to start the 3rd month. I just roll with it. Today I go in, I had 14 more days until my month expired and now they just don’t have the paper so I am out even more money. I really wouldn’t waste your money here!
Love this place! Easy going and several different tanning beds.
People are nice and helpful. I have the most gorgeous bronze tan. Very happy with South Beach.
