Went in for a tyre repair, had a drink at the cafe and read my book for 30 minutes and the job was done! Easy, friendly and went above expectations. Thanks!
SBC diagnosed the sealed hub gear issue with my bike, dealt with Shimano for the warranty and replaced the part for a very reasonable price. They're my new Local Bike Shop 🙂

After the sad loss (theft) of a very special Specialised Carmel hybrid, bought in London and shipped to Australia and mate of 15 years standing, I am really happy to say that my experience of purchasing and having the wonderful folk at South Beach Cycles adapt a brand new Norco Scene 1 around my not stolen 36v Battery has been fantastic. I have to say that these guys have been really good at delivering an easy, helpful and accommodating service, friendly, supportive and professional. Thanks so much for my new bike.
