I've not been here. My son has been somewhere in Chula Vista at rehab. He wasn't able talk onnthe phone to learn exactly where he's at. I haven't heardfrom him in a month. As a mom I'm very stressed. I need to hear from Anthony. PLEASE

My grandmother went there after her fall and it was a night mare. She had fractures on her back and the refused to give her anything but Tylenol, they forced her to do physical therapy and she was in 10/10 pain. They got mad bc I called 911 and then they left her soiled for a good amount of time, they also had severe negligence with medication administration, she developed a bed sore and they said it was a “skin tear”.
