Tony was awesome to work with. Condos require additional underwriting and can be a challenge to fund. Tony got the deal done and was stellar at communicating through the entire process. The HOA was hard to work with but Tony made the process much easier through his transparent communication. He never misled or made promises he couldn't keep. I would highly recommend working with Tony.
