My son has been attending KinderCare SAH for nearly two years, and I couldn't be happier with our experience. Throughout this time, I have not encountered any issues. Whenever I've raised concerns with the teachers or Ms. Jackie, they have always listened attentively and acted promptly. Even though there has been issues recently, I'm confident that under Ms. Jackie's directive, KinderCare SAH is moving in the right direction to be better everyday. Our daughter has been at Kindercare for almost a year now and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of care and education she has received in that time. The teachers are wonderfully kind, the staff is friendly, and the director takes the time to get to know each child and family. We feel so lucky that she has this great environment to grow and learn in. Thank you to all the great staff at this center!

I felt compelled to leave a review after seeing some of the recent negative reviews. This place is filled with wonderful & hardworking staff members that genuinely care for the children. Every worker seems to know every child's name, and that always impresses me. Has the facility made mistakes? Yes. But they are transparent, and are constantly working towards improving their processes, and improving the experience for both parent & child.
