We started at this daycare when my daughter was three and it was her first daycare experience. She also has a speech delay, and the transition wasn’t easy at first, but the staff and directors were incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. They really took the time to understand her and help her feel comfortable and safe, and over time I’ve seen so much growth in her especially in her confidence and speech. Always a great experience at KinderCare South Arlington Heights! The teachers are always kind, caring, and genuinely great with the kids. The Director, Ms. Jackie and Assistant Director, Ms. Daisy are absolutely amazing!! I cannot speak more highly of the two of them. They are approachable, kind, supportive, and always on top of things. I know my child is in the best hands while here. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this location!

‼️I don’t even know where to begin smh I suggest not bringing your child here unless you absolutely have to!! I should’ve knew when it was the 3rd day in and my child had bruises on her with no explanation whatsoever. So disorganized and communication sucks. Horrible director if you even want to call her that. Giving my child different cups that’s not hers and pacifiers just a complete mess then you ask them anything and they’re so lost like they don’t know what’s going on ever.
