At Bookcon 2026, Sourcebooks had a booth and they were dropping advance reader copies of upcoming books. During every one of their drops, they were more unprepared than any other vendor and repeatedly would change their mind after saying where the line would start etc. My wife and I multiple times lined up right next to the sign like the employees asked and where then told we weren’t in the line as we got shoved away by people trying to get in line.
